Letting information pile up without ever reading it.

Lun'Acedia reads it so no one else has to.

Scattered information turns into noise. Every source speaks its own language, at its own pace, and ends up piling up unread. Lun'Acedia listens to all of them and keeps only what deserves attention.

Two principles drive its design. Sorting is done by rules, never by an LLM: whatever gets filtered or tagged is predictable and stays visible in a journal. And the inbox follows the real source: archiving a mail here archives it in Gmail, and the other way around.

Architecture

How it works

Each connector polls its source, goes through the ingestion guards and feeds an event bus, exposed over WebSocket and REST. On top, an agent with its own LLM reads, searches and acts, only through the autonomy tiers. Lun'Acedia runs on its own; Natsume can plug into it and delegate requests.

Structured rules (drop, tag, prioritize), a searchable journal and restore

Synced with the source: gestures apply in Gmail and GitHub, changes broadcast in real time

Its own LLM (OpenAI or Ollama), bounded tools, a switch and a journal. Natsume delegates to it, never the other way around

17 actions over 3 tiers (auto, confirm, manual), merging a PR always stays manual

Where it stands

Checked in October 2026

Done

  • Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, GitHub, RSS and Home Assistant connectors
  • WebSocket and REST event bus
  • Editable ingestion guards, with journal and preview
  • Inbox synced with the source
  • Actions gated by autonomy tiers
  • Tool-using agent: search, read, sort
  • Built-in web dashboard
  • Android push notifications (FCM)
  • Docker image, token authentication
  • One chain for a mail's priority, with the reason shown
  • Google reconnect, settings kept across updates, a feed of what changed

In progress

  • Real-world testing
  • Writes awaiting approval, actions in Gmail: spam, labels, rules

Next

  • Modular connectors (catalog, Discord)
